I've checked out this site in the recent past and not explored much - the only accessible building was empty, and the interesting looking historic Breman Steel building was locked up tight. Well, the demolition crew changed all that.
I wonder if the three story building is going to be converted. It's very pretty, it would be a shame to tear it down. The outside is all brick, and the inside is all large wooden beams. (Though it needs some serious restoration work.)
